700 Billion dollars in American pocket here's how

The government wants to spend 700 billion dollars to the stock market, here is what they should do. There are 340 million people in the U.S.A, I did the math 1/5 is illegal, 1/5 is children,1/5 is seniors, and 2/5 is the working class. Now if you divide the 700 billion by 2/5 you can give every American working class person who has worked in the last two years,they can receive 500 thousand dollars per household. Not 1,200 hundred, what was that all about?? Now every working American in each family can pay off there debts, invest in the economy, take vacations send the kids to college and the list goes on!!! If you are going to give the money to the people who created this problem you got to be kidding. Give it back to the hard working Americans who gave you the money in the first place. Do not trust in America trust in the American, we will stop this problem and do not give someone a fish, teach them how to fish!!! You are putting that money in the wrong hands give it to the Americans, they are the ones who earned it!!!! If the goverment doesn't like what I said come and get a hard working American.
